Reading the bible can be challenging. Each chapter is so rich and intriguing that it is easy to loose focus on what the overall message is... especially for kids (or adults... squirrel!). This is exactly why we have gathered fast-paced videos to help you consume information for each chapter quickly.

Before starting your study of the Old Testament, we recommend you watch all of the videos in this blog to help you grasp a high level view of the material, purchase a collection of bible timelines (our favorite is listed below), and then dive into the chapter specific postings below. We have tried to include important data about each book of the bible as well as fast-paced summary videos to help you keep focus on the big picture.

We recommend going through the bible using the Bible Recap study. You can load the study on your phone using the Bible app and search for the Bible Recap plan within the app. Follow the guided day readings, listen to the accompanying podcast, and then end with a chapter specific video and/or a high-level, fast-paced video that we have included within the book links below.

If you are homeschooling your kids (any age), you can incorporate the Mystery of History curriculum. Volume 1 starts with creation in Genesis so you will be perfectly in sync. Enjoy!
