RESULT:

This section of the curriculum is driving home the point that if you are not white that you are are somehow less than in talent, skills, and/or. academic aptitude or, in summary, that "one race is inherently superior to another race"

CONCLUSION:

A Grievance must be filed at the local, district level.
A TEA Complaint must be filed at the state agency level.
